He has chaired or been on the boards of a number of mining and commercial ASX listed and non-listed companies.

He is currently the chair of ASX listed companies Chalice Mining Limited and Poseidon Nickel Limited and the former long standing chair of Sandfire Resources Limited.

He is also on the national board of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and its WA Council.

Prior to this, he spent time in the valuation and business modelling team at Ernst & Young and worked for a number of years as a global equity research analyst for a Goldman Sachs affiliate based in Toronto, Canada.

Myles has over 15 years of broad international finance industry experience spanning areas such as project development, equity research, investment analysis, M&A, corporate strategy and project finance.

Previously co-founded several successful entities in the environmental markets and consumer credit sectors including myrate.com.au, one of Australia’s largest online mortgage lenders with over $1BN in loans and Cleaner Climate – carbon offset provider for ANZ & Flight Centre.

A Director of Cool.org, Australia’s leading online social and environmental well-being education provider with over 180,000 teachers and 3.6 million students impacted.

Prior to this, he spent time in the valuation and business modelling team at Ernst & Young and worked for a number of years as a global equity research analyst for a Goldman Sachs affiliate based in Toronto, Canada.

Myles has over 15 years of broad international finance industry experience spanning areas such as project development, equity research, investment analysis, M&A, corporate strategy and project finance.

He has worked in top tier private practice and as a senior in-house lawyer in both the private and public sectors. Anthony has worked extensively in APAC advising companies and government agencies in the context of renewable energy and infrastructure projects . He holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons), Bachelor of Economics and Executive Masters of Public Administration.

Prior to joining Green Peak, Stephen was the Head of Investments at Flow Power, where he ran their PPA platform, asset investments and M&A function.

He was also recently the Deputy Head of Structured Finance at NORD/LB (a European renewable energy bank) responsible for their origination activities in Australia.

Prior to joining Green Peak Energy, Deborah was part of the legal team at Vestas, the largest wind turbine company in the world.

Prior to Vestas she worked in the UK for the NHS, and for Alliance Insurance in risk assessment and commercial underwriting.

Deborah brings a strong legal background with experience in compliance, risk management, contract management and administration.

Georgia brings a strong background in governance, sales and marketing, business administration and commercial analysis with experience in PPAs, embedded networks, decentralised energy, and regulatory markets

He is a business development professional with over 20 years’ experience in building and leading sales teams.

Adam has an extensive background in business development and partner relationships across a diverse range of sectors.

He has extensive experience within the energy sector, specialising in the provision of renewable energy. Jordan has over 12 years’ experience working with energy retailers delivering electricity, VEET and solar initiatives.

He brings a unique understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by our installer partners and is passionate about delivering high value outcomes for his clients and channel associates.

Lewis brings extensive commercial experience, with a focus on developing and leading sales teams.

Prior to this he has worked with Vestas, Telstra and Tilt Renewables in multiple HSEQ and sustainability roles.

He joins with over ten years’ experience working across diverse renewable energy portfolios across the Asia Pacific region.

Prior to joining Green Peak Energy, he worked in UCS Sustainability and Solgen Energy Group delivering commercial PV & BESS projects.

Harsha is a graduate of the RMIT University and holds CEC PV Grid Connected Design accreditation.
